Yep, updated the BIOS, updated the drivers, wiped the OS and reinstalled using the built-in recovery partition and reinstalled the drivers again. Have you tried updating the BIOS and try updating the drivers within the OS? Not sure if anyone has any ideas I found this on the web: - but it does not work for this model. It started taking a long time to boot up, and the keyboard stops working every now and then. The bad news: This one has it's own issues.
